The Lido Deck is the culmination of two loves. Their passion and love for great food and wine.
Christi Carter an award winning Pastry Chef with a passion for rustic yet elegant desserts, and
Executive Chef Don Schoenburg with a passion for fish and wild game have come together to bring you a dining experience to remember.
Chef Don Schoenburg takes a lot of pride in utilizing
local farms and the Santa Monica Farmers Market to provide only the freshest of ingredients for his dishes.
His belief is that good food starts with only the best ingredients, and nothing else will do. This also translates
into Chef Christi's desserts.
Chef Christi Carter has taken her love for rustic desserts
to a new level.
Her flavor combinations turn an old family favorite into
something not to be missed. Her desserts change often, so be prepared for something new on the menu
every time you come in.
